Policies | Terms and Conditions


Appointment & Cancellation/ Reschedule Information

We require a credit card on file for all appointment reservations and we also require a minimum of 48 hours notice to be given to cancel or reschedule any and all appointments to avoid being charged the automatic rescheduling/ cancellation fee of the full appointment amount. Prices are subject to change at any time.


  • A $50-$100 deposit is required to reserve your appointments. Reservation amount will be credited towards the total balance on the day of your appointment.  
  • Reservation fess are NON REFUNDABLE and NON TRANSFERRABLE.
  • We understand things can come up. If you need to reschedule for any reason, please do so at least 2 days in advance. Please note, if you reschedule without at least 2 days notice, your deposit will be forfeited. And an additional deposit will be required to reschedule. (Reschedules will be based on current availability.)
  • Any client who is sick, has a cold, flu, feeling ill, etc please contact us to reschedule. If you do come in sick, your appointment will be cancelled and reservation fee will be forfeited.


No Shows / No Calls and last minute cancellations - Will automatically forfeit their reservation fee and will be CHARGED the full remaining balance of the service to be performed, and will not be allowed to reschedule.

  • If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and your reservation fee will be forfeited. Additional reservation fee will be required to reschedule. (Reschedules will be based on current availability.) Being late will delay the rest of the day’s schedule and is unfair to other clients. Please be courteous to others.
  • (2) reschedules due to tardiness and or last minute notifications (less than 2 days) are allowed only to happen twice, at the third reschedule or tardiness, full price of service will be required up front in order to reschedule again.


Facial Package Usage Policy – California

By purchasing a facial package from Glo By Grace, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:


  1. Consecutive Use Requirement: Each facial package purchased must be used consecutively, with one session scheduled per month as designated in the package.
  2. Forfeiture of Unused Sessions: If a session is not used within its designated month, it will be forfeited and cannot be carried over, rescheduled, or refunded.
  3. No Rollovers or Extensions: Unused facial sessions do not roll over to the following month, nor will any extensions be granted under this policy.
  4. Scheduling Responsibility: It is the responsibility of the client to schedule each session within the designated timeframe. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of that session.
  5. No Refunds, Transfers or Exchanges: The purchase of any facial package is final. Refunds, transfers, exchanges, or substitutions for missed sessions will not be provided.
  6. Limited Exceptions: In the event of a medical emergency or other extenuating circumstances, exceptions may be considered at the sole discretion of Glo By Grace and must be requested in writing.


By purchasing and using a facial package, you agree to comply with the terms outlined above. Glo By Grace reserves the right to modify this policy at any time in accordance with California state laws and regulations.

Refunds & Exchanges

We do not offer any refunds or exchanges on any products and or services after they have been sold or after services have been rendered.


Minimum Age Requirements

No kids allowed for safety reasons. And all guests under the age of 18 must have a consent form signed by a parent/guardian or must have a parent/guardian on premises during the entire service.


Arrival

Please do not arrive any earlier than 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. This is so we can maintain a quite and blissfulness environment for all of our clients, and we also ask that you silence your cell phones and electronic devices upon arrival. Regretfully, untimely arrivals may be subject to reduced treatment time to remain on schedule for subsequent guests/appointments.


Valuables

We suggest that you leave your valuables at home. We will not be responsible for any lost or stolen items.


Services & Prices

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue or change services and prices without notice to ensure standards of service and quality are being met.


Gratuity

Our staff works hard to help you achieve a higher state of happiness. While gratuity is optional and at your discretion, it is kindly accepted. We suggest 20% of the full service price of the service provided.


For Your Safety

Guests with medical conditions are advised and required to consult with their doctors prior to booking any services. Please also kindly inform your technician of any existing medical conditions by verbally telling them and also completing a Guest Check-In Form prior to receiving your treatments. We reserve the right to discontinue a service for any reason to ensure the safety of all parties involved.

No guests, kids, or pets allowed at the appointment to prevent cross contamination of the office and procedure areas.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.


Payments & Gift Cards

Gift cards are available in any dollar amount. For a last-minute e-gift card,  click here.

All major credit cards accepted and cash, however we DO NOT accept checks or any other payment apps.
